Job summary

Reece Orange is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver to support landscapers and tradespeople with product information, quotes, and order fulfillment. You will assist with pick/pack, stock control, and maintain an orderly branch environment while delivering to customers using a company vehicle.

We value a growth mindset and provide paid on‑the‑job training, with opportunities for career progression. A valid driver’s licence is required; forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or similar roles.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s licence; forklift licence ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and customer service at the trade counter.
• Offer quotes in person and over the phone.
• Pick, pack and manage stock; maintain shop floor displays.
• Maintain a safe, organised branch environment.
• Deliver to customers using the company vehicle; assist with on‑site loading.
