Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly Trade Counter Assistant for our Ocean Grove branch. You will help plumbers and tradespeople access products, provide service, and support day-to-day operations in the branch.

You’ll handle quotes, stock control, order picking, display maintenance, and occasional deliveries. If you are people-focused, tech‑savvy, hold a valid driver’s licence and are happy to work varied shifts including weekends, apply now.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Clean, valid driver’s license and ability to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
