Job summary

Reece Group in Goulburn is looking for a customer-focused team member to join the Trade Counter. You’ll assist plumbers and builders with product information, quotes, and order processing, and contribute to stock control and branch operations.

The role involves varied shifts (including weekends), a valid driver’s licence, and the ability to learn new systems. Progression within Australia’s leading plumbing supplier is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
