Reece is hiring for Trade Counter Assistant roles across the Cairns region. The positions encompass customer service, warehousing, delivery driving, and general all-rounder duties in a fast-growing area of Queensland.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in-person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
