Reece Plumbing in Adelaide is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access products for building and renovation projects. You will provide friendly service, quotes, and assist with stock control in a busy branch.

The role involves helping customers in person and over the phone, performing pick packing, keeping displays accurate, and occasionally delivering items in a company vehicle.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Adelaide, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech-savvy and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either local, within our network or head office
