Job summary

Eptec is seeking safety-focused Trade Assistants for an immediate start across Greater Sydney, based out of Regents Park. This hands-on role supports site crews, involving general labour, painting, and operations beyond driving.

An HR licence is essential, with training and development provided for additional tickets and career progression. The successful candidate will pass pre-employment medical and D&A screening, hold a White Card, and be prepared for overtime and occasional weekends

Qualifications

• HR Licence is essential.
• White Card (OHS) required.
• Pre-employment medical including D&A screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general site maintenance and labouring duties across projects.
• Paint surfaces in industrial environments with basic prep work.
• Support crews with manual handling and day-to-day site operations.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in rectification or replacement of damaged sewer vent shafts.
• Perform cutting, grinding and removal of vent structures.
• Carry out touch-up painting and minor concrete repairs.
• Support scaffolding, EWP access, rigging and crane activities.
