Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking Trade Assistants and General Labourers for ongoing casual assignments across construction, landscaping, warehousing and industrial sites in Queensland. Earn $35.11 per hour with weekly pay and a 22 daily travel allowance, plus 11.5% superannuation.

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months’ experience, a Construction White Card and a valid driver's licence with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assembling products.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
