Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across construction, landscaping, warehouse and industrial sites in Queensland. Immediate starts and consistent shifts offer a pathway to permanent roles with reputable employers.

Applicants should have at least 12 months of labouring or trade assistance experience, a Construction White Card and a current driver’s licence with reliable transport. PPE must be supplied by the candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
