Job summary
Local Workforce Hire is seeking an experienced General Labourer or Trade Assistant for ongoing casual work across construction, landscaping and industrial sites in Queensland. You will perform site preparation, material handling and assist trades on varied projects.
We offer $35.11 per hour with 11.5% super, a $22 daily travel allowance and weekly pay. Benefits include ongoing shifts and potential permanent employment; minimum 12 months’ experience, Construction White Card and a valid driver’s
Qualifications
- 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
- Construction White Card is required.
- A current Driver Licence and reliable transport is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Site preparation and clean-up.
- Wheelbarrowing materials.
- Digging and trenching.
- Lifting and carrying materials.
- Packing and stacking.
- Assisting qualified tradespeople.
- General labouring duties as required.
