CJC Landscapes, a locally owned family business on the Sunshine Coast, seeks a skilled labourer/trade assistant to join the team in Nambour. You will assist with fencing installations, learn to advance into a qualified landscaper, and work 35–40 hours per week from Monday to Friday with a start as soon as possible.

We value reliability, teamwork, and strong communication. A White Card and Driver's Licence are essential, with Cert 3 in Landscaping ideal; own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hard-working

• Has hands-on construction or trade experience
• Able to follow direction and work efficiently (sometimes autonomously)
• White Card and Driver's Licence essential
• Cert 3 in Landscaping would be ideal

We specialise in high-quality fencing solutions across residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on workmanship, reliability, and clear communication.

We are currently looking for a skilled labourer / trade assistant to join our team, with the opportunity to be trained and developed into a qualified, experienced structural landscaper.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who already has solid hands‑on experience and is ready to step up.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with residential and commercial fencing installations
• Setting out, measuring and preparing sites
• Using tools and equipment confidently and safely
• Supporting the team to deliver clean, high-quality work
• Learning and developing your skills on the job

About you

The Roll

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am starts
• Based in Nambour, servicing jobs from Brisbane Northside to Noosa
• Approx. 35 - 40 hours per week
• Tools and equipment provided
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
• Immediate start

You’ll be working alongside an experienced team on a variety of fencing projects, gaining the skills and knowledge needed to progress into a skilled fencing role.
