Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work with major builders and industrial sites in New South Wales. Immediate start with strong weekly pay and realistic pathways to permanent roles.

You will assist tradespeople, perform site prep, material handling and general labouring. To apply you need 12 months' experience, a Construction White Card, a current driver licence, and the ability to work physically in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople on site across multiple construction disciplines.
• Perform site prep, clean-up, and manual handling.
• Transport materials and assist with installations.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance.
