Lightning HR PTY LTD is seeking THREE Trade Assistants to join a well-established building company near Toowoomba. This is a hands-on role focused on the construction, fit-out and finishing of portable buildings.

You will assist with trades, plastering, measuring and cutting, and general labouring duties while upholding a strong team culture and quality workmanship.

Our client is a well-established building company located near Toowoomba, and they are looking for THREE reliable and hardworking Trade Assistants to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in the building industry and enjoys hands-on work.

THE ROLE

Working as part of the building team, you will assist with the construction, fit-out and finishing of portable buildings.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous building or construction experience
• Has some plastering, gyprock or patching experience
• Is confident using hand and power tools
• Has a good understanding of general building practices
• Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
• Has a great attitude and is willing to learn
• Is reliable and turns up ready to work
• Takes pride in their workmanship
• Works well as part of a team
• Is looking for a long-term position rather than just short-term work

You don't need to be a qualified tradesperson, we're looking for people with practical building experience, a good work ethic and the right attitude.
