JAM Joinery and Construction in Winchelsea VIC is seeking a Trade Assistant / Labourer to assemble and install flat-pack furniture, cabinetry, and fittings with precision, while supporting tradespeople on busy job sites. Your work will directly shape client spaces, from home offices to retail fit-outs and kitchen installations.

You will maintain a safe, tidy workspace, lift and move materials, read basic instructions, and contribute to varied projects. A current driver’s licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, saws, etc.).
• A practical, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to read basic assembly instructions and follow plans.
• A reliable, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lifting.
• Current driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities
