TOYOTA Vehicle Admin and Registration Clerk
Surf Toyota, located on the Tweed Coast and now operating under new ownership, is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Administration and Registration Clerk to join our growing team.
As a valued member of our dealership, you’ll work closely with our registration staff and vehicle delivery team in a fast-paced, supportive, and family-owned environment. This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations, coordination of logistics, and maintaining compliance with all administrative requirements.
Overview
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process new and used vehicle registrations with relevant authorities
- Manage vehicle documentation and compliance paperwork
- Liaise with internal departments including sales, service, and delivery
- Track registration status and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general administration duties within the delivery department
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in vehicle registrations is preferred but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
