Key Responsibilities:

• Assess development applications for compliance with planning regulations
• Prepare planning reports and recommendations
• Liaise with developers, architects, and engineers
• Interpret and apply council planning schemes and relevant legislation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth approval processes

Requirements:

• Town Planning or Urban Planning qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience (3–10+ preferred)
• Proficient in interpreting and applying planning legislation
• Own software, tools & internet access
• ABN, Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
