Job summary

Dash Group Trades & Labour is seeking qualified painters for upcoming projects across Sydney, including high-end residential renovations and mixed commercial works.

As a qualified painter, you will apply paints and finishes, prepare surfaces, and work safely to complete projects on time. You’ll need a valid painting qualification, proven experience, White Card, own PPE, and reliable transport. We offer competitive hourly rates and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid qualification in painting or relevant trade certification.
• Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers).
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for colour and design.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• White Card.
• Own PPE.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, varnishes and finishes to surfaces with precision and care.
• Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, filling cracks and priming.
• Work efficiently and safely to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality results.
