Aussie, the fastest growing Buyer’s Agency in Australia, is hiring a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in an Aussie Store. You’ll work with mortgage brokers and in-store teams to convert finance-approved clients into property purchases.

Responsibilities include sourcing on-market, pre-market, and off-market properties; conducting due diligence; leading negotiations; and building relationships with industry stakeholders. This autonomous role offers coaching and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions.
• Strong knowledge of local market, sourcing techniques, and buyer psychology.
• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with mortgage brokers and in-store teams to convert finance-approved customers into property purchases.
• Source properties from on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels.
• Conduct due diligence and property research.
