Job summary

The Toll Aviation Bankstown facility is seeking an experienced Tooling Coordinator to ensure tool availability for a fleet of rotary wing aircraft across bases in Australia. You will manage tool orders, inventory, supplier quotes and maintain records to support maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.

Requirements include at least 2 years in tools management within aircraft maintenance, knowledge of CASA Part 145, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to interpret technical documents and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in tools management within aircraft maintenance or similar technical environment.
• Working knowledge of Part 145 regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and perform basic shop mathematics accurately.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have 3 years experience in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver requested tools promptly to support maintenance schedules.
• Investigate tool-related issues, assess impact, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage tool procurement and tracking through the company’s online system and maintain records.

• Support airworthiness of aircraft and tooling components to aid mission readiness.

The Tooling Coordinator is responsible to ensure all tooling and associated aircraft ground support equipment is available for service, for a fleet of rotary wing aircraft operating at multiple bases across Australia.
