Job summary

Cubewise Pty Ltd in North Sydney is seeking an experienced TM1 Consultant for a full-time, client-facing role. You will deliver TM1 and IBM Planning Analytics projects, mentor teammates and support pre-sales activities. A solid IT background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in IT/CS/BIS, or ≥5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders for ICT systems and software solutions.
• Experience with IBM Planning Analytics and TM1 in consulting, implementation, or support roles.
• Proven ability to create functional specs, system plans and project documentation.
• Willingness to mentor and support junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and prepare statements of work and technical recommendations.
• Implement TM1 and IBM Planning Analytics projects per approved designs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in client systems, including complex problems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
• Provide training and support on TM1/Planning Analytics implementations.
• Lead TM1/Planning Analytics projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Mentor consultants and support capability uplift within the team.
• Support pre-sales activities and develop proof of concept demonstrations.
