Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced MC Tipper Driver to join our Axedale Quarry team. You will operate tipper trucks, truck & dog and B-double combinations, delivering quarry materials across Victoria with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will perform pre-start checks, load and unload materials, maintain delivery records and provide excellent service to customers and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Valid MC licence required.
• Experience with tipper, truck & dog and/or B-double is preferred.
• Strong safety and fatigue management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tipper trucks, truck & dog and B-double combinations.
• Deliver quarry products to customer sites across Victoria and surrounding regions.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Load, transport and unload quarry materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and site personnel.
• Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and road transport regulations.
• Maintain Heidelberg Materials Australia’s high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism.

About The Role

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current Multi Combination (MC) Licence
• Previous tipper, truck & dog and/or B-double driving experience
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Knowledge of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
