Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced MC Tipper Driver to operate tipper trucks, truck & dog, and B-double combinations from Axedale Quarry to customer sites across Victoria. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.

You'll conduct daily inspections, load and unload quarry materials, and maintain delivery records while upholding CoR and fatigue management standards.

Qualifications

• Current MC licence with multi-combination experience
• Proven tipper, truck & dog and/or B-double driving background
• Strong safety, fatigue management and CoR awareness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tipper trucks, including truck & dog and B-double configurations
• Deliver quarry materials to customer sites across Victoria and nearby regions
• Perform daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
• Load, transport and unload materials, ensuring accuracy of delivery documentation
• Maintain high safety, compliance and professional standards on site,
• Provide quality service to customers and site personnel

About the Role

• Safely operate tipper trucks, truck & dog and B-double combinations
• Deliver quarry products to customer sites across Victoria and surrounding regions
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
• Load, transport and unload quarry materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and site personnel
• Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and road transport regulations
• Maintain Heidelberg Materials's high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism

About You

• A current Multi Combination (MC) Licence
• Previous tipper, truck & dog and/or B-double driving experience
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Knowledge of fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility requirementsExcellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
