Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is hiring experienced Tipper Drivers to join the Pink Lily Sands Fleet. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend opportunities depending on demand.

Base pay is AUD 35.22 per hour plus penalties; PPE and uniform provided; you will deliver quarry products to internal plants and external sites, loading and maintaining equipment as required. Applicants should hold MC or HC licences; experience with truck-and-dog combinations is a plus.

Qualifications

• MC or HC licence required for role.
• Experience operating tipper trucks and truck-and-dog combinations preferred.
• Safety-focused mindset and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarry products to internal plants and external sites as directed by Quarry.
• Load and unload as needed and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers; comply with safety standards.
• Overtime/weekend work may be required based on business needs.

We seek full-time drivers who are passionate about safety, results-focused, and have a strong work ethic.Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quarry products to our internal concrete plants and external job sites.
