Job summary

St John of God Health Care in Melbourne/Perth is seeking a TIMS Support Analyst to maintain day-to-day use of Technology One Theatre Inventory Management System across SJGHC theatres. You will provide support, training and troubleshooting, liaising with vendor and stakeholders to improve usability and efficiency.

You will lead bi-annual upgrades, maintain master data, support pricing and purchase workflows, and generate reports to support revenue capture and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Experience in healthcare procurement and prosthesis management.
• Ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support, training and troubleshooting for TIMS.
• Lead bi-annual system upgrades including testing and communications.
• Maintain master data, supplier and product information, and pricing.
• Generate reports to support prosthesis revenue capture and inventory management.
• Assist with purchasing, invoice matching, order management, and issue resolution.
