Job summary

Accurate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Worker / Machine Operator for a busy tile and stone manufacturing site at Brisbane Airport. You will operate production machinery, cut and finish tiles, and assist in maintaining quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and a safety-conscious approach. Ongoing Monday to Friday day shifts from 6:00am to 2:06pm with potential for ongoing work within an experienced production team.

Qualifications

• Has factory, manufacturing or production experience.
• Physically capable of handling weights up to 23 kg repeatedly.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Cut, shape and finish tiles and stone products.
• Use measuring and cutting equipment safely and accurately.
• Handle tiles and materials up to 23 kg.
• Load, move and position products through production.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Follow WHS and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other general production duties as required.
