Job summary

KIVARI, a Sydney-based fashion brand, is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist who loves the world of social media and is excited to grow an audience, build a community and create content that connects.

You will manage TikTok and Instagram, own content from idea through shoot, edit, publish and optimise, and use performance insights to drive engagement and conversion. Role based at our Rosebery HQ in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media or content creation.
• Strong TikTok portfolio demonstrating content you created or managed.
• Experience creating content for Instagram (Reels/Stories) and adapting across platforms.
• Hands-on editing ability with CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Good visual sense for fashion and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own social channels with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
• Grow TikTok presence through native, trend-driven content.
• Lead content creation from idea to shoot, edit, publish and optimisation.
• Spot trends, formats and creators to keep content relevant.
• Repurpose assets and collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Ecommerce.
• Monitor performance and drive audience growth and conversion.
