About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Content Creator to bring the KIVARI brand to life across digital platforms. You’ll create engaging photo and video content that reflects our aesthetic, resonates with our community, and supports campaigns, product launches, and storytelling moments.

This is a hands‑on, creatively fulfilling role where you'll ideate, shoot, edit, and execute content - from dreamy reels and BTS footage to campaign highlights and founder‑led storytelling.

You’re a natural visual storyteller with a strong grasp of social media trends, a love for fashion, and a desire to create for a brand you truly connect with.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing:

• Create and edit high-quality short‑form video and photo content for TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other social channels.
• Repurpose content from shoots, influencer collaborations, and campaign archives.
• Capture and produce live event coverage or behind‑the‑scenes content for launches, PR events, and other brand activities.
• Support content for our website, emails, lookbooks, and digital advertising.
• Use visual media to tell compelling, brand‑aligned stories.

Creative Ideation & Campaign Support:

• Collaborate with our Creative and Marketing teams to elevate KIVARI’s digital presence.
• Partner with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing team to create cohesive content that delivers consistent messaging.
• Bring fresh, trend‑informed ideas to creative meetings, collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with brand objectives and engage audiences across platforms.
• Stay updated on fashion and social media trends to proactively suggest innovative content ideas.
• Support seasonal campaign rollouts and weekly content calendars.
• Track content performance and ideate based on data and insights.

Founder Content Support & Brand Voice:

• Work closely with our founder, Kirstin‑Lee Keyser, to capture and edit founder‑led content across all platforms, adding a personal, brand‑forward layer to our storytelling.

Production & Execution:

• Assist with light production management - styling flat lays, sourcing props, organising shoot logistics as needed.
• Confidently capture content on iPhone or camera, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Manage the post‑production process, including editing, colour grading, and audio mixing, to deliver polished final products.

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in a content creation, digital marketing, or video editing role (fashion/lifestyle/e‑comm experience highly regarded).
• Proficient in editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Canva or similar).
• Skilled in both video and still content creation.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and current trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong styling eye and visual storytelling instinct.
• Self‑motivated, highly organised, and thrives in a creative, fast‑paced setting.
• Genuine passion for fashion, visual culture, and storytelling through content.
