City of Newcastle currently has a unique opportunity for a Ticketing Implementation Officer to join our Civic Services team in this 12-month fixed term opportunity working 21 hours per week. Through your work, you’ll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city.
The Ticketing Implementation Officer plays a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of a range of Business Improvement Program initiatives, specifically, the ticketing software and website for the Civic Theatre. This includes providing detailed project support across various strategies and tasks, as well as contributing to overall project management.
A core challenge of the role is balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality project support within tight timeframes and effectively engaging with key stakeholders.
