Job summary

Scapegrace Australia PTY LTD – Brisbane QLD is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent ThunderDonk and our spirits across liquor stores, trade shows and events in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will lead tastings, educate customers about flavour profiles, share the ThunderDonk story with enthusiasm and maintain sampling displays while following RSA guidelines and company policies.

About the role

We're looking for energetic, confident and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our alcohol brands in liquor stores, trade shows and events. If you love meeting people, enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and have a genuine passion for great products, we'd love to hear from you. As the face of our brand, you will engage with customers through product tastings, educate them on our range and share the story behind each product in a way that's authentic, fun and engaging.

Key responsibilities

Conduct in-store product sampling and tastings.

Represent our brands across consumer and trade events.

Engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.

Share the history, story, and unique qualities of our brands.

Educate customers on flavour profiles, serving suggestions and different ways to enjoy our products.

Create a welcoming and memorable brand experience.

Set up, maintain and pack down sampling displays.

Represent the brand professionally while bringing your own personality and positive energy to every shift.

Follow all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines and company policies.

About you

Must be 18 years or older.

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is essential.
