Qualifications

• Extensive experience in social work, welfare, drug and alcohol or related fields.
• Experience in a leadership/senior management role with clinical supervision of staff within a complex welfare/government environment.
• Experience managing offenders with drug and alcohol issues or managing a drug and alcohol service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the MCV Drug Court at the Dandenong Therapeutic Recovery Centre.
• Provide leadership, supervision and support to a diverse multidisciplinary team.
• Drive program delivery, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
• Shape a therapeutic court model that supports recovery, rehabilitation and community safety.
