Job summary

Court Services Victoria is seeking an Operations Manager for the MCV Drug Court at the Dandenong Therapeutic Recovery Centre. The role focuses on leading a multidisciplinary team, driving program delivery and continuous improvement to support participant recovery and community safety.

You will manage day-to-day operations, strengthen stakeholder relationships and shape a therapeutic court model across justice, health and community services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in social work, welfare, drug and alcohol or related fields.
• Extensive leadership/senior management experience that includes clinical supervision of staff.
• Experience managing offenders with drug and alcohol issues or managing a drug and alcohol service considered advantageous.
• Tertiary qualification in health, social work, welfare or related field is desired.
• A postgraduate qualification will be highly regarded.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the MCV Drug Court at the Dandenong Therapeutic Recovery Centre.
• Provide leadership, supervision and professional development to a diverse multidisciplinary team.
• Drive program delivery, continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement to support participant recovery, rehabilitation and community safety.
• Oversee service delivery, drive strategic and operational improvements, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Shape a therapeutic court model that supports recovery, rehabilitation and community safety.
