Qualifications

• PhD in theology or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Learning and teaching experience in a Higher Education setting.
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum design and quality assurance, academic leadership, and management in higher education.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Willingness to undergo a national Police Check and Working With Children Check before commencement.
• Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander scholars are welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership across Pilgrim Theological College and oversee coursework students and programs for academic quality, learning and teaching, curriculum, and student experience.
• Lead attention to Indigenous perspectives and knowledges within curriculum and academic programs.
• Ensure academic quality and compliance through the College Academic Committee and the Synod Theological and Ministerial Education Committee.
