The Star Brisbane is seeking passionate Commis Chefs to join our busy kitchen team. This role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and value teamwork, with part-time or casual hours available.

You will benefit from a complimentary buffet meal on each shift, uniform laundering, and access to staff discounts across dining and accommodation options. We offer a base rate of about $29.10 per hour, with additional shifts and penalties for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn and grow in hospitality.
