Job summary

VF Corporation's The North Face brand in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the store team across sales, merchandising and inventory management. You will work closely with your team to deliver outstanding service, visual presentation and stock control while driving sales goals.

You will have the opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Manager role in the absence of the manager, showcasing leadership and operational excellence in a dynamic outdoor-focused retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years in retail sales.
• Enthusiastic, energetic with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable leading a dynamic team and driving results.

• You enjoy and regularly participate in any or all of the following: hiking; climbing; skiing; snowboarding; mountain biking; running; camping and travel
• Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
• Computer literate
• Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
