The North Face is seeking an enthusiastic leader for our new store in Pacific Fair. You'll manage a team while driving sales and sharing your love for the outdoors, embodying our culture of diversity and fun.

The role includes leading inventory management, visual merchandising, and stepping up as Store Manager when needed. With opportunities to engage in iconic outdoor activities, we want applicants who live and breathe the ethos of The North Face.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail sales role.
• Ability to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
• Regular participation in outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, and skiing.

Assist in leading a team and drive sales while sharing your knowledge of the great outdoors as part of the exciting opening of our brand new The North Face store at Pacific Fair!

ABOUT THE ROLE…

• Sales
• Visual Merchandising
• Management of Inventory

37.5 hours per week

You will also have the opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Managers role in any of his/her absences to show us what you've got!

ABOUT YOU…

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family. As well as this, the following attributes, skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:

• You enjoy and regularly participate in any or all of the following:
  • hiking
  • climbing
  • skiing
  • snowboarding
  • mountain biking
  • running
  • camping and travel
• Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
• Computer literate
• Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
