Job summary

The North Face Bondi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team and drive sales while sharing knowledge of the great outdoors. The role involves inventory management and consistent customer service in a fast-paced store.

You'll have the opportunity to grow into the Store Manager role during absences and develop leadership skills in a friendly, inclusive VF team environment. 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2–3 years in a retail sales role.
• Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
• Retail certificate is an advantage but not essential.
• Enjoy outdoor activities to connect with brand culture.

As Assistant Store Manager, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with your teamacross:

• Management of Inventory
• 37.5 hours per week
• You will also have the opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Managers role in any ofhis/her absences to show us what you've got!
