Job summary

Coforge Limited in Melbourne is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain automated test suites for API, UI and backend services. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and Scrum Teams to understand requirements, define test strategies and estimate testing efforts.

You will implement API automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyze results, report quality metrics and mentor junior QA engineers.

Qualifications

• Technical skills include C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core, Selenium WebDriver, API testing and automation, familiarity with REST APIs, and experience with common test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Scrum Teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

• Create and maintain reusable automation components and test data management processes.
