Essential criteriaWeighting

• At least 6 years demonstrated experience working as an Automation Test Lead, with a focus on Tosca, CI/CD integration, SQL and related tools using best practice and design patterns in an Agile delivery space. Weighting: 25%
• Demonstrated ability to grow domain knowledge and apply learnings when developing, executing and reporting on automated testing of UIs, APIs and Databases using Tosca and related tools. Weighting: 25%
• Ability to work collaboratively, solve technical problems, implement innovative solutions and identify initiatives for continual uplift of automation. Weighting: 20%
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral forms. Weighting: 10%
• Demonstratable experience supporting junior team members, providing guidance, training, mentoring and championing of automation best practice. Weighting: 10%
• Triscentis Tosca Certifications: AS1, AS2, AE1 (mandatory); and AE2 and Implementing Tosca APIs (ideal). Weighting: 10%
