As the Test Automation Lead, you will drive the adoption and maturity of test automation across multiple teams and technology stacks within CSC, with a strong focus on TOSCA as the primary automation tool. You will also get to apply deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
You will design and implement scalable automation solutions across APIs, web applications, Salesforce, databases, desktop and other applications, and work closely with stakeholders to define automation scope, deliver measurable value, and mentor junior team members to build internal capability and monitor that teams adhere to best practices. Additionally, you will also monitor adherence to automation best practices across teams to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.
Specific duties, deliverables and reporting lines may vary, depending on business needs and priorities. Key objectives and measurements will be captured in the Performance & Development planning cycle, established annually and adapted as needed.
