Job summary

Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking a Test Analyst to support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives. You will plan, design and execute testing across the project lifecycle, working with project managers, business analysts, developers, vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

You’ll bring hands-on experience in test design, data validation and defect management using Jira or Azure DevOps, with strong analytical and communication skills to report risks and drive

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst on medium to large ICT projects.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC and QA principles.
• Experience developing and executing test cases, scripts and plans.
• Experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and defect investigation skills.
• Experience with data validation and SQL or similar databases.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into test coverage.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent testing qualification.
• Tertiary IT qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute testing activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop test cases, test scripts, test scenarios and test plans.
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Analyse business and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, investigate, document and manage defects through to resolution.
• Prepare, validate and reconcile test data.
• Maintain test documentation, traceability and testing evidence.
• Work closely with project teams, developers, vendors and business stakeholders to support quality outcomes.
• Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, issues and results.
• Support production verification, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
