Job summary

CloudMarc, a technology consultancy, seeks a Senior Test Analyst to join one of our key Sydney-based clients. You will contribute to QA across web and mobile, APIs, and backend systems, collaborating with developers, BAs, and product teams in an agile environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on API and SQL testing, CMS experiences (AEM or similar) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. You will design and execute test scenarios and help ensure data integrity and quality across enterprise digital

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in software testing within digital and enterprise environments.
• Hands-on API and SQL testing experience.
• Experience testing digital platforms built on AEM or other CMS solutions.
• CRM systems experience – Salesforce preferred.
• Understanding of Agile testing principles and tools (Jira, Confluence, Postman).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test cases and scripts across API, database, and UI layers.
• Validate data integrity and backend logic through SQL testing.
• Test digital experiences built on AEM or other CMS platforms.

The Opportunity

As a Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital platforms, APIs, and backend systems. You'll collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to plan, design, and execute comprehensive test scenarios across web and mobile applications.

You'll be hands‑on in both API and SQL testing, with exposure to content management systems (AEM or similar) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
