Job summary

OneMD is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager – Orthopaedics to drive growth across your Brisbane territory and build strong surgeon partnerships. You will deliver in-theatre support, share clinical insights, and promote a premium orthopaedic portfolio backed by robust evidence.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll own the territory, collaborate with the Business Development Manager, and deliver strategic account management to hospitals and surgeons while meeting growth targets and

Qualifications

• Minimum proven success in orthopaedic or medical device sales.
• Experience growing a sales territory with surgeons and hospital procurement teams.
• Strong understanding of orthopaedic implant systems and surgical procedures.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized and accountable approach to territory management.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecasting.

Working closely with a Business Development Manager, you'll create a unified approach to customer engagement while providing hands‑on operating theatre support and delivering exceptional service to surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

About You

You'll be an ambitious and commercially driven medical device professional who enjoys working closely with surgeons and thrives in a theatre‑based environment.

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven success in orthopaedic or medical device sales
• Experience managing and growing a sales territory
• Strong understanding of orthopaedic implant systems and surgical procedures
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A proactive, organised, and accountable approach to territory management
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecasting
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Healthcare, or a related discipline

Existing relationships within the Australian orthopaedic market will be highly regarded.
