Job summary

Toro is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for Turf/Commercial, covering Sydney to Northern NSW. You will manage dealer networks, demonstrate products, and drive sales growth across residential, landscape and contractor segments while delivering exceptional customer support.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work with dealers, customers, service teams and internal stakeholders to achieve targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success in equipment or related sales industries.
• Ability to build dealer partnerships and drive sales growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans to meet targets.
• Grow dealer network and manage relationships.
• Provide dealer training and product knowledge.
• Conduct demonstrations for dealers and end users.
• Support marketing campaigns and events; travel as needed.
• Forecast sales, manage CRM updates, and report performance.
• Promote financing options and ancillary products.
