We’re seeking a dynamic individual who embodies the spirit of an entrepreneur. With an established customer base and potential to connect with new customers, you will be responsible for a territory which extends Southwest from Sydney: Fairfield Heights, Lithgow, Bathurst, Dubbo, Camsie, Wollongong, Orange, Bowral, Wagga Wagga and has a regional trip to Canberra as part of the call cycle. Along with a competitive salary you will receive a car allowance and have the ability to earn quarterly bonuses (eligible immediately).

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow your territory with confidence and independence
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and connect with new ones
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and integrity
  • Drive market share growth
  • Grow distribution and improve in-store visibility
  • Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers within your territory with a focus on category sustainability & profitability
  • Execute trade promotions in line with State and National targets/priorities

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding in buying cycles and ability to close a deal confidently
  • Proven sales experience and a drive to succeed (we'd love you to have 1-2 years experience in FMCG/OTC)

  • Willingness to travel and manage your schedule independently
