Your Mission
  • Build excellent customer relationships, understand and impart product knowledge and detailed technical information
  • Meet customer and territory KPIs
  • Maintain a strong customer-centric focus, following through on customer commitments and requests within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure the Company’s key products and marketing strategies are effectively implemented in the sales territory
  • Ensure all expenses and required administrative tasks are executed in the required timeframe
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade exhibitions, CTEC (Clinical Training & Evaluation Centre) workshops which will at times be of a sensitive nature (for example animal workshops), due to the nature of your role and level of responsibility, participation and attendance at these events, seminars, exhibitions or workshops will require attendance on some weekends and evenings as necessary
  • Conduct all business activities in an ethical and lawful manner
  • Complete ad hoc tasks instructed by Business Unit Manager.
