Arrotex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a proactive Territory Manager to service the ACT, Wagga Wagga and Cowra regions. You will execute the sales and marketing strategy, build strong pharmacist relationships, and drive growth across your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in an account management/customer-facing role with regular negotiation/sales.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Science is desirable.
• Strong contract negotiation skills are preferred.

• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Thorough understanding of Community Pharmacy and PBS landscape.
• Current Australian Driver Licence and ability to travel regularly.

About the Role

Our Arrotex Pharma team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Territory Manager with strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills to join theteam. Inthis role, you'll be responsible for executing the pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategy across your designated territory, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. We'reseeking a results-driven sales professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. This role is accountable for the retention and acquisition of pharmacy customers across the ACT territory, withregional travel to Wagga Wagga and Cowra.

• Deliver sales growth through execution of Arrotex Pharmaceuticals strategy.
• Educate, train, and support pharmacies to drive substitution and loyalty growth.
• Drive rapid uptake of new product launches and promotions.
• Report and provide information to key decision-makersregardingthe ongoing performance of the pharmacy, to support business planning and goal tracking.
• Register, review & approve rebates attributed to each pharmacy based on performance measures.
• Register & review bonus stock according to performance and contractual agreements.
• Identifyopportunities for retail pharmacies to adopt/integrate/implement programs offered by Arrotex.
• Support the pharmacy to drive engagement with the program through training, targetsettingand performance reporting.
• Identifyandacquirenew pharmacies in the territory as well asretaincontracted customers and proactively resign accounts coming up to contract expiry

Key Requirements

• Experience in a similar account management/customer-facing role where negotiating and sales areregularly usedas part of your responsibilities.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Science is desirable.
• Strong contract negotiation skills are preferred.
• A high levelof emotional intelligence and people skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to create innovative workable solutions; proactive anticipation of needs, with the ability to foresee challenges and problems, andtake action to preventthem.
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach to all aspects of the role.
• Thorough understanding of Community Pharmacy.
• Understanding of the prescription medicine landscape with a focus on the PBS landscape
• Current and valid Australian Driver Licence with access to a reliable, roadworthy motor vehicle, and the ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
