Job summary

SunRice is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across rural and ag retail channels, promoting CopRice, Pryde’s EasiFeed and SavourLife. You’ll build relationships with 2,000+ independent stores and regional customers, delivering store activations and in-store storytelling.

You’ll cover Western Victoria from the Hume Highway to the northern border and Mildura, and also Adelaide city, energising stores with promotions and product updates.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in ag retail or similar customer-focused environments.
• Confidence across animal categories, especially equine and dog-related feeds.
• Strong relationship-building skills across rural markets.
• Commercial mindset for identifying opportunities and delivering results.
• Hands-on approach to displays, promotions and POS execution.

Responsibilities

• Grow and nurture relationships with existing customers and create new opportunities.
• Bring brands to life with in-store activations and promotional activity.
• Grow the product range through rural and agricultural retailers.
• Be the product storyteller, communicating features to retailers and end users.
• Plan and manage a customer call cycle across a broad territory.
