Job summary

Retail Data Acquisition Services in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent a leading brand across a portfolio of retail stores within your territory. You will create exceptional in-store experiences, build relationships with store teams and bring products to life through demonstrations and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Background in consumer electronics or tech industry will be highly regarded.
• Previously worked in a similar position (i.e Brand Ambassador, Territory Manager role)
• You love meeting new people and building genuine, lasting relationships
• You're confident communicating with customers and engaging with different personalities
• You're commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
• You take pride in presentation, attention to detail and delivering a great customer experience
• You're organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own schedule and territory
• You enjoy working autonomously and taking ownership of your responsibilities
• You're willing to travel across your allocated territory — a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential!
• We're open to people from retail, customer service, hospitality, sales or other customer-facing backgrounds who bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Visiting retail stores across your allocated territory, building relationships with store teams and managers
• Representing the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism and confidence
• Delivering engaging product demonstrations and educating customers on product features and benefits
• Providing product training and support to retail staff, helping them sell with confidence
• Maintaining high standards of in-store presentation, displays and promotional materials
• Identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, product visibility and sales
• Monitoring competitor activity and gathering valuable market and customer insights
• Completing regular store visit reports and capturing key information through reporting tools
