Job summary

CASETiFY is seeking a Brand Representative to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and drive sales across our NSW stores. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and reinforce the CASETiFY brand through engaging, authentic interactions.

You’ll maintain knowledge of products, support stock and store presentation, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment while collaborating with store teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic computer tools.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Team player who collaborates and supports others.
• Able to create authentic, on-brand social media content.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for customers with friendly chats and product demos.
• Turn browsers into buyers by meeting sales goals and contributing to team wins.
• Process sales smoothly and know products inside out.
• Keep the store visually appealing with displays and organised shelves.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with deliveries/restocks.
• Resolve questions, returns, or special requests with a positive attitude.
