Job summary

Tank Stream Design seeks a motivated field-based sales professional to nurture and grow our retail accounts across the Gold Coast and NSW coast regions. You will drive sell-through, ensure stock health, and support partners with compelling visual merchandising and product knowledge.

You will travel, visit customers monthly, and leverage a company vehicle to service the territory. You will build trust-based relationships, identify new opportunities, and partner with retailers to ensure optimal

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
• Proven ability to build long term trust and grow the business.
• Eye for store presentation, product placement and visual merchandising.
• Strong negotiation, territory planning, and business analytics.
• Comfortable with Microsoft apps and B2B sales platforms/CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow accounts by building deep relationships.
• Grow the territory through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
• Account replenishment with continuous product planning and stock.
• Elevate visual merchandising with store staff and shop concepts.
• Support store teams by educating on product features and feedback.
• Meet and exceed sales volume and profit margin targets.
• Use CRM to track visits, inventory pipelines and trends.
