Job summary

Tennis Australia is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for Tennis World NSW in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis. The role covers afternoon shifts Tue–Sat 2-10pm and focuses on delivering exceptional front‑of‑house experiences in a vibrant tennis and hospitality setting.

You will lead FOH operations, monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure seamless bookings and customer service across all touchpoints. Police and Working with Children checks may be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Experience in sports, events, retail, or hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations in a friendly, efficient manner.
  • Maintain and uphold high facility standards across Tennis World Sydney.
  • Support internal and external bookings and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure service excellence.

This role will be to support the afternoon shifts Tuesday-Saturday 2-10pm.We believe tennis is a sport that is open for all, and we want our team to reflect the communities we work and play in.
